About HayNardi

HayNardi is an Armenian Long Nardi mobile game for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the app, what information remains on your device, and how third-party advertising services may process information.

HayNardi does not require a user account or login system, and the developer does not operate a user-profile database. The app currently does not include developer-operated analytics or crash-reporting services.

Information stored locally

HayNardi stores certain information locally on your device so that the game can function and remember your preferences and progress. This may include:

• language, sound, vibration, and other application settings;
• local economy information, including coins and rewards;
• daily challenge progress;
• cosmetic ownership and selections;
• advertising privacy and consent choices; and
• other local game state required for functionality.

This locally stored game information is not transmitted to developer-operated servers. It may remain subject to Android device backup or device-transfer functionality where such features are enabled by the user or device.

Advertising and third-party data processing

HayNardi uses Unity LevelPlay as its advertising mediation platform. Advertising demand may be provided through Unity and ironSource advertising services, Unity Ads, and Yandex Ads.

These third-party advertising services may process information necessary to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertisements. Depending on the provider, device, region, consent status, and applicable law, this information may include:

• IP address and network-related information;
• device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID where available;
• device and operating-system information;
• application and advertising interactions;
• ad impressions, ad engagement, and related measurement information;
• diagnostic and technical information;
• information used for fraud prevention and security; and
• approximate or general location information inferred from signals such as an IP address, where applicable.

HayNardi does not operate a developer-owned advertising-profile database containing this information. Advertising-related information transmitted to third-party advertising providers is processed under those providers' own privacy policies, agreements, security measures, and applicable legal obligations.

Advertising consent and privacy choices

HayNardi uses a provider-neutral privacy choice system before initializing its advertising services.

When no advertising privacy choice has previously been recorded, HayNardi presents a privacy and advertising notice that allows the user to explicitly accept or decline advertising-related data processing.

HayNardi does not treat closing the privacy notice, pressing the Android Back button, or otherwise dismissing the notice as consent.

If advertising consent is accepted, HayNardi provides the applicable privacy signals to its advertising partners before initializing Unity LevelPlay and requesting advertisements.

If advertising consent is declined, HayNardi does not initialize LevelPlay for that session and does not request rewarded, interstitial, or banner advertisements.

Declining advertising consent does not prevent the user from playing HayNardi or using its non-advertising gameplay features.

The user's advertising privacy choice is stored locally on the device. Users may review or change the choice later through HayNardi's Settings privacy options.

If a user withdraws consent after an advertising SDK has already been initialized during the current process, HayNardi stops new ad requests and removes active banner advertising where applicable. The updated choice is fully applied before advertising initialization on the next application process start.

Types of advertising

HayNardi may display rewarded, interstitial, and banner advertisements.

Rewarded advertisements are optional advertisements that may provide an in-game benefit after the advertising provider confirms that the required rewarded-ad event has been completed.

Interstitial advertisements may appear at eligible game transition points, subject to HayNardi's internal pacing rules. Banner advertisements may appear in designated parts of the application.

Depending on applicable law, the user's privacy choices, and the advertising provider's capabilities, advertising may be personalized, contextual, non-personalized, restricted, or unavailable.

Location information

HayNardi itself does not request Android precise-location or GPS-location permission for advertising.

Third-party advertising services may nevertheless derive an approximate or general location from information such as an IP address or other network/device signals where permitted and applicable.

Information HayNardi does not request

HayNardi does not require access to your contacts, camera, or microphone for its advertising functionality. The app does not require login credentials or a developer-operated personal user profile.

Data sharing and third parties

The HayNardi developer does not sell a developer-maintained database of users' personal information.

Information necessary for advertising may be transmitted to or processed by third-party advertising providers, including Unity and Yandex, for purposes such as ad delivery, advertising measurement, security, fraud prevention, and other purposes described in their respective privacy policies.

Third-party advertising providers may act independently with respect to information they process and may have their own legal bases, retention periods, sharing practices, and user-rights procedures.

Advertising identifiers

Advertising SDKs used by HayNardi may access device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID where available and permitted. Advertising identifiers may be used for advertising delivery, frequency management, measurement, attribution, security, and fraud prevention according to the applicable advertising provider's practices and the user's privacy choices.

Availability and use of advertising identifiers may also depend on Android settings, Google Play policies, the device configuration, applicable law, and advertising-provider requirements.

Data retention and deletion

Local HayNardi preferences, game state, economy information, and the locally stored advertising privacy choice remain on the device until they are changed, cleared through Android or application settings, or removed when the application is uninstalled, subject to Android backup or device-transfer behavior where enabled.

HayNardi currently does not maintain a server-side user-account database.

Retention, deletion, and access requests concerning information processed directly by Unity, Yandex, or other advertising technology providers are governed by those providers' respective privacy policies and applicable legal obligations.

Security

HayNardi seeks to minimize the information handled directly by the developer and uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the application.

Information transmitted to third-party advertising services is handled according to the security practices of those services. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children and target audience

HayNardi is intended for an adult audience and is configured as not directed to children for advertising purposes.

The application and its advertising configuration are intended to follow the target-audience settings selected in Google Play Console, applicable Google Play policies, and applicable privacy and advertising laws.

Third-party advertising services

HayNardi currently uses the following third-party advertising technologies:

• Unity LevelPlay / ironSource — advertising mediation and advertising services.
• Unity Ads — advertising demand delivered through the LevelPlay mediation system.
• Yandex Ads — advertising demand delivered through the LevelPlay mediation system.

Information processed by Yandex is governed by Yandex's privacy policies and applicable terms. More information is available at Yandex Privacy Policy .

Privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide rights relating to personal information, such as rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, object to, or opt out of certain forms of processing.

HayNardi provides an in-app privacy choice for advertising consent. Users can review or change that choice through the Settings section.

Certain rights concerning information held directly by third-party advertising providers may need to be exercised directly with those providers using the privacy tools and contact methods described in their privacy policies.

Privacy requirements differ between jurisdictions. Additional controls may be introduced where necessary to comply with applicable regional privacy requirements.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to HayNardi, its advertising providers, application functionality, Google Play requirements, or applicable legal requirements.

Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
